Textured Low Pony

Jonathan Simkhai mixes masculine and feminine in his Winter ’19 collection. Balance an
androgynous look with a textured low pony for a tastefully edgy feminine vibe, created for
the runway by Odile Gilbert, TRESemmé’s NYFW Stylist.

STEP 1-2:

Step 1: Start by washing hair with TRESemmé Total Salon Repair Shampoo and Conditioner to create a fresh and healthy foundation.

Step 2: Part the hair in the centre and then use TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Flat Iron Spray before blow drying with a diffuser for a natural finish.
STEP 3-4:

Step 3: Take a small section of hair above the nape of neck, braid and secure with a small hair tie to hold in position.

Step 4: Spray hair with TRESemmé Instant Refresh Dry Shampoo to enhance the natural texture.
STEP 5:

Take two small sections of hair either side of the braid and knot together to create a low ponytail, securing ends with French pins underneath.
STEP 6:

Finish the look with TRESemmé Compressed Micro-Mist Hair Spray in Level 2: Smooth and use hands to pull front sections of hair for a soft and natural finish.
