1.	Begin by washing your hair with your favourite TRESemmé shampoo and conditioner. Gently towel-dry your hair until it's damp. This will ensure the mousse spreads evenly and works its magic.
2.	Give the TRESemmé Volume and Lift Mousse a good shake. Hold the can upright and dispense a generous amount of mousse into the palm of your hand. For medium-length hair, a golf ball-sized amount should suffice. Adjust the quantity based on your hair length and thickness.
