Apply a hair mask once a week

Hair masks are popular for their intense moisturising properties. They do what most conditioners can’t i.e. can provide an intensive conditioning and help to strengthen the hair fibre and provide the nourishment that your hair and scalp needs for strong strands.

 

Apply a generous amount of your mask to damp hair after washing it, then leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes, and rinse thoroughly.

Eat a well- balanced diet

You are what you eat after all, so if you want to keep your hair in good condition during this self-isolating time, then it’s essential to eat healthy food. So, skip the potato chips and fried food and opt for healthier snacks, meals and don’t forget to drink plenty of water.
