TRESemmé is a global brand that offers salon-quality products for home. Locally the brand does ongoing research on the South African hair category to properly cater to the wide range of hair needs within the country. Beyond the products themselves, TRESemmé is driving industry-wide transformation by upskilling hair stylists to promote and care for all hair types.
Tell me more about the training
The training programme will focus on afro textured hair and curly hair, more specifically curl type 3C to 4C. It includes an in-depth analysis of how to treat, manage and style these curl types starting with an understanding of the science behind hair.
Additional curriculum topics include hair wash and care, analysing hair textures, washing, detangling, basic styling, tools and product information.
