Lacy Redway

New York-based hairstylist Lacy Redway is a creative force, whose proficiency with all hair textures, and magnetic personality fueled a career that took off quickly, and continues a meteoric rise. It is no surprise that in 2025, she won an InStyle Imagemaker Award and was acknowledged among The Hollywood Reporter’s: Most Powerful Glam Squads. Ever the advocate for women, and people of color in the beauty industry, she readily accepted an invitation to speak at the Yale University Black Solidarity Conference: The Renaissance is B(l)ack: Crafting Joy, Confronting Injustice, where she joined the panel focused on - DECOLONIZING BEAUTY: CELEBRATING BLACK AESTHETICS & NATURAL HAIR. She remains dedicated to supporting events aimed at changing the narrative, amplifying voices, and sustaining careers.

Lacy’s talent and expertise has earned her an esteemed roster of celebrity clients, collaborations with highly respected industry photographers and recognition from the most recognizable outlets in fashion and entertainment. No stranger to backstage at NYFW, Lacy has keyed an impressive list of shows, and her long-running relationship with TRESemmé even led to representing as the TRESemmé lead stylist on Bravo’s Project Runway.

Justine Marjan

Dividing her time between Los Angeles and New York, Justine is trusted as both a beauty influencer and celebrity hairstylist. A stylist for nearly 20 years, she started in the salon world before transitioning to celebrity and editorial styling where she has been touted for creating some of the most iconic and trend setting styles. Her expertise has been featured in countless publications including Teen Vogue,
Glamour, Allure, Elle, InStyle, People Style, Refinery29, US Weekly, Byrdie, and more. Refinery29 called Justine “The Queen of Braids” and named her as one of the “Pros Who Would Change the Way You Do Your Hair.” In 2017 WWD named Justine as one of fashion's next big hairstylists and she won the American Influencer Award for emerging hairstylist in 2018. Since 2017, Justine has also been a key hairstylist backstage at NYFW, leading the hair on the runway for countless shows, playing a key role inspiring each season’s beauty trends. She has also had her expertise sought out on numerous TV shows including leading the hair for two seasons of Bravo’s Project Runway.

Justine has also been a judge for numerous publications’ annual beauty awards including Glamour’s Annual Beauty Awards, InStyle Beauty Awards, The Zoe Report's Annual Beauty Awards, Blink’s Beauty Awards, Woman’s Health Beauty Awards, Who What Wear’s Beauty Awards, and NewBeauty. Justine has been a regular contributor to NewBeauty Magazine as a member of their advisory board “Brain Trust” since 2020 and most recently she joined Elle Beauty’s Advisory Board in 2024. The same year, she combined forces with industry leaders Jen Atkin and Mary Phillips to co-found Highlight Artists, a full-service talent management company, representing hairstylists and makeup artists in Los Angeles and New York City in an effort to mentor the next generation of hair and beauty professionals.

Mitchell Ramazon

Mitchell Ramazon is a New York City based celebrity hairstylist whose foundation was shaped by apprenticing under top industry talent, contributing to the glam teams of some of pop culture's biggest beauty icons. With a background rooted in hands-on experience at the highest level, he is well-versed in styling, cutting, and coloring.

Today, his work is recognized on influential women across red carpets, major events, and brand campaigns. In 2026, he made his TV commercial debut and partnered with his real-life client and fellow TRESemmé ambassador, Paige DeSorbo, for the TRESemmé "Get Your Hair On The A-List" spot which unveiled TRESemmé as the signature hair brand of The Devil Wears Prada 2. Mitchell works closely with celebrity clientele and leading brands, traveling globally to create elevated, camera-ready looks for some of their most important moments.
Known for his modern, polished aesthetic, he continues to build a presence at the intersection of fashion, beauty, and culture. Above all, Mitchell brings passion to everything he does, especially finding genuine joy in his craft and in helping others feel their best.

Hayley Heckmann

Born in Boston and based in Los Angeles, Hayley Heckmann is a celebrity hairstylist who works with clients nationwide. With over a decade of experience, she is known for creating effortless, polished looks that translate across red carpet appearances, editorial shoots, and digital content. Early in her career, Hayley honed her skills assisting renowned stylist Justine Marjan, co- founder of Highlight Artists and fellow TRESemmé ambassador. Her work spans brand campaigns, press appearances, and photoshoots, with a focus on enhancing each client’s individual style. Looking ahead, she hopes to build a business inspired by the women who helped shape her journey.
